promise of snow coming and hot cheetos

The weather report says it's supposed to snow tonight, and all day tomorrow. I feel a little girl excitement about it. Maybe there will be a snow day, and I will be able to stay in bed and sleep late, sip hot cocoa, take a long hot shower, stay warm in my apartment while looking out the window at the falling snow.

The kindergartners have a field trip tomorrow to the museum of natural history to see the dinosaurs. They are very excited and so am I. I bought a big bag of hot cheetos as my field trip lunch. yes, I should be a good example to them, but I'm not a real teacher yet, and I'll share them with the kids, so it's all good. Surprisingly, almost all of them like spicy foods! I guess their moms gave them lots of it while they were still in the womb.

So either way, tomorrow will be a good day.
