The first day of my moon, I eat red meat. delicious, a bit bloody, red meat. it is wonderful. it is a celebration of being a woman. my body craves it. my body needs it. my body forced me to get myself to the closest super market, the Stadium South Broadway Value Way, and buy a Manager's Special $2 piece of top-sirloin. I prepared it in olive oil and fresh garlic, and then added green bell peppers and onions. and brown rice on the side. have I mentioned I'm obsessed with rice? that's another post.

top sirloin celebration
